Girls Volleyball August 1-4

Beginners will be introduced to the skills of the fundamentals of the game. • Athletes will learn how to pass, serve and attack the ball, while working on court strategies. • Advanced players will improve basic skills and learn how to be more strategic in game play. • Court etiquette is introduced. • Players are grouped by ability and skill level and will learn the ins and outs of the game. • Knee pads are recommended
