Field Hockey August 1-August 4

The primary purpose of the camp is to enhance field hockey skills through isolated skill practice, moving drills, and scrimmage practice. Beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels are encouraged to participate. Campers will practice and develop their skills with the facilitation and guidance of high school field hockey coaches and players. Each day's structure will include teaching, practicing, and applying skills, with the possibility of skill-correction in scrimmage settings. Additionally, bring a snack as there will be a time for a break. You must bring your own water bottle to camp each day. EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: sneakers or turf shoes, shin guards, mouth guard,and field hockey stick. Bring a snack, and your own water bottle
